Making art possible means promoting artistic creation
To confront ourselves with art and culture refers to the past and at the same time has a future-oriented dimension. The value of art is not defined by its price. Art should be able to develop independently of the market, which is why we want to support artists and creatives during the work process. Artists and creative professionals often live with irregular incomes. They usually do not have a fixed employer or regular working hours. They receive financial resources, if at all, only after time-consuming effort and only when a specific project has employed them or their works can be sold. In contradiction to their importance for a lively cultural landscape and a reflective society, artists and creatives are often left alone.

Unbureaucratic funding
The AFE acts as an intermediary between patrons and creatives. We open doors and broker collaborations. We strive for direct, unbureaucratic and fast support and funding. All of our projects aim to make funding easier.
For example, a project can be presented in a short video call, which enables a personal discussion with the creatives and their sponsors.
We are convinced that many people would like to give and make a difference, but simply don't know how to go about it. With the resources available to us, we develop measures and projects to achieve these goals. We are working on establishing new solutions for financing culture, supporting artists and creatives during their work phases and support those who want to realize projects.
The AFE sees itself as supplementary services to the existing institutions for promoting art and culture and not as a competitor.
